UNDONE Podcast (“we,” “us”) operates undonepod.com and is produced by MediaFyx. UNDONE features testimony from participants connected to Sawyer Highlands Church and Converge Church. The podcast is not legally or formally associated with, not owned by, and not operated by either church. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

When you submit the guest application form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, location, faith background, and the story content you provide. When you donate via Stripe, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe - we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

How we use your information

Guest form submissions are stored in Supabase and used to evaluate and follow up on potential episodes. We send email notifications to our production team and a confirmation email to you via Resend. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Guest submissions are retained until they are no longer needed for production purposes. You may request deletion of your submission by contacting us.

Security

Form data is submitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted to our team via authenticated admin tools. No system is perfectly secure; we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at privacy@undonepod.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
