UNDONE Podcast is a production of (“we,” “us”). We operate undonepod.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you submit the guest application form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, location, faith background, and the story content you provide. When you make a contribution via Stripe, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe - we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
How we use your information
Guest form submissions are stored in Supabase and used to evaluate and follow up on potential episodes. We send email notifications to our production team and a confirmation email to you via Resend. We do not sell your personal information.
Guest privacy
We deeply value the privacy of our guests and everyone who shares their story with us. We will never sell any personal information to any third party for any reason.

Data retention
Guest submissions are retained until they are no longer needed for production purposes. You may request deletion of your submission using the data request form below.

Form data is submitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted to our team via authenticated admin tools. No system is perfectly secure; we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. .
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
